The current government tax is 10% &amp; the service tax is 8%. If you are joining a SIC day tour in a major city like Kuala Lumpur or Penang, there is a chance that you will have a group of people in the same coach from all walks of life and the group size can vary. However, an SIC tour in Borneo entails a smaller group as it is a specialized program.            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"elementskit-single-faq elementor-repeater-item-f1bf118\">\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-header\">\n                <h2 class=\"elementskit-faq-title\">Is a tour guide provided for a private tour?<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-body\">\n                A tour guide will be provided with 8 or more passengers. Otherwise, a driver guide will suffice. Other available foreign speaking guides include Japanese, Mandarin &amp; Indonesian. If you need a different language, please let us know.            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"elementskit-single-faq elementor-repeater-item-e9ae3b1\">\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-header\">\n                <h2 class=\"elementskit-faq-title\">What about documentation?<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-body\">\n                Once your tour package is confirmed, you will receive all documentation via email. The originals will be handed over to you on arrival. We also provide literature with information on the destinations that you are visiting.            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"elementskit-single-faq elementor-repeater-item-1e23e4c\">\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-header\">\n                <h2 class=\"elementskit-faq-title\">Can you offer tailor made tours?<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-body\">\n                Yes \u2013 we certainly can offer these tours. In fact, we are specialized in this field. Our consultants are well traveled around\nMalaysia and you will get the best advice possible.            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"elementskit-single-faq elementor-repeater-item-d690e64\">\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-header\">\n                <h2 class=\"elementskit-faq-title\">What is child fare &amp; policy?<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-body\">\n                The child fare is only applicable to child under 12 years old during the time of travel.\n\nSome hotels allow one child to stay free with the parents in existing bedding. i.e. no extra bed will be provided. Just the same for breakfast, the child can eat buffet breakfast for free at some hotels. Otherwise, the child will get a 50 % discount on the adult rates.\n\nA discount is offered to child \/ children travelling with 2 adults in all our tour packages. Please ask for child fare in the inquiry box. Child over 12 years old is considered an adult &amp; will be charged adult price.            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"elementskit-single-faq elementor-repeater-item-113f81b\">\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-header\">\n                <h2 class=\"elementskit-faq-title\">Can we request for early check in or late check out?<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-body\">\n                This is all subject to availability. Most hotels will not commit anything on early check in or late check out regardless.\nHowever, a guaranteed early checks in &amp; late check out can be arranged by paying an extra night charge.            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"elementskit-single-faq elementor-repeater-item-101b59a\">\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-header\">\n                <h2 class=\"elementskit-faq-title\">Can you cater for special dietary requirements?<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-body\">\n                There are only a few tours that are full board basis in remote places like in Taman Negara &amp; the overnight tours in Borneo. Otherwise, it is just breakfast at the hotel. In most destinations, you can find a wide variety of cuisines\/restaurants to cater for your needs.\n\nPlease indicate the full details of the dietary requirement when you book so that we can request for this arrangement with the hotel \/ restaurants\/suppliers.            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"elementskit-single-faq elementor-repeater-item-f5696be\">\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-header\">\n                <h2 class=\"elementskit-faq-title\">Is travel insurance included in the tour?<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-body\">\n                No \u2013 you are advised to get your own coverage from your local agent \/ insurance company.            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"elementskit-single-faq elementor-repeater-item-3c80b3b\">\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-header\">\n                <h2 class=\"elementskit-faq-title\">How do we identify your driver \/ representative at the airport?<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"elementskit-faq-body\">\n                Look out for our signage displaying your name and our logo at the arrival hall.\n\nYou will be given our emergency contact number, which you should call if you are unable to locate our driver\/representative.\n\nPlease do not entertain anyone at the airport who is willing to assist you with a transport to the hotel. In general, a deposit is required followed by the balance payment prior your arrival. Payment by credit card or bank transfer is accepted. This is usually indicated in our proposal. However, in cases where a non-refundable deposit is required, we will not be able to do so.
